Everyone’s buzzin’ about our new Scrabble Blast badge! If you know your A-B-Cs from your Ps and Qs, then step forward to show off your word-wrangling skills and earn yourself our new, prestigious – and very, very cute - Spelling Bee badge.
 

Between September 12 and midnight PST on September 19, 2006, every point you earn in Scrabble Blast will be counted towards the new Spelling Bee badge!

Need a definition? Here’s the deal: between now and September 19th, you must

·          Score 5,000 total points

Please note that all points must be accumulated during the badge challenge period – points you may already have scored before September 12 will not count towards this badge.

Think you’re up to the challenge? Then flex your vocabulary and get playing.

Are you new to Scrabble Blast? If so, here’s a helpful tip to get you started: if you see a valuable letter such as Z or X above a triple-letter-score square, try to make a word with the letters below it, causing it to drop onto the bonus square. Even if the word isn’t worth as many points as you’d like, you’ll be set up to rake in the points on a later turn when you use that Z or X!
