Q. When I click on a clue, the clue does not appear in Search. How do I search for that clue?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A. Only clues with the Live Search icon next to them will automatically appear in the search box when you the Get a hint option. To search for other clues, you will need to type in other clues into the Search box.

Please note that clicking a link will not take you out of the game. Also, you can click the Back button on your browser to view your search results again.

Q. An error occurs in the Adobe Flash Player.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A. This game requires Adobe Flash Player 7.0 or higher. If you an older version of the player installed, you will need to update your current version.

Additionally, make sure your computer system meets the MSN Games system requirements to run the latest versions of Adobe Flash player.

Q. The Adobe Flash Player is installed correctly but the game will not load.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

A. Most commonly, a game will not load if required Internet browser settings (ActiveX controls) have become disabled. The quickest way to enable these Internet settings is to reset your computer system’s Security Settings to the default system settings. Enable Internet browser options to play the game

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Before starting the game, empty your browser’s Internet cache. Windows temporarily stores (caches) Internet files on your system in the Temporary Internet Files folder. If this folder is full or files within it become corrupted, the game may have problems loading. Periodically emptying this folder can improve the performance of your Internet browser.
