Create a MSN Games nickname

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you have never created a nickname on MSN Games, create a new nickname.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Reset Internet Options

 

 

 

 

 

 

If you have a nickname selected, but still appear as a guest in the game, follow the steps below to clear your cookies and Windows Internet cache.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 1

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Sign out of all MSN Games accounts, including MSN Messenger.

Close all Internet browser windows and exit any e-mail programs you have open. (Do not skip this step. If you are using MSN Explorer, disconnect from the Internet before starting this process.)

Close MSN Messenger if it is open. In the System Tray on your Task Bar, you will see a MSN Messenger Icon. Right-click on this icon and click Exit.

Enable cookies in Internet Options

Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel. In Windows XP, click Start and then Control Panel.

If the Control Panel window is empty, click View all Control Panel Options in the left section of the window to show all the icons.

Double-click Internet Options. In Windows XP, you may need to click the Network and Internet Connections icon before clicking Internet Options.

Open a new browser, go to http://games.msn.com, click Sign In and sign into MSN Games. (Do not sign in first using a different Windows Live™ ID service, for example signing in on the MSN home page or Hotmail before going to MSN Games.)
