The first time you play, you will be required to install the game’s ActiveX controls using a Windows login account that is able to make system changes. (For example, an Administrator account.)

Turn off pop-up blockers

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pop-up blockers will prevent game software from installing. Please disable pop-up blockers in Internet Explorer and in any additional browser toolbar or Internet security software.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In Internet Explorer: On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker. Click “Turn off Pop-up Blocker” if this option is available to turn off this feature.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For Norton Internet Security™ software: Please read the software help files to learn how to disable pop-up blocker.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

For Yahoo!® Toolbar: Click the Pop-up Blocker icon and click to uncheck “Enable Pop-up Blocker.”

Enable browser settings to install software

 

 

 

 

 

 

Certain settings need to be enabled in Internet options to install the game software.

Important note: Do not skip any of these steps, regardless of your current settings or previous steps you have taken, or the issue may not be corrected.
