Make sure your computer system meets the game system requirements

 

 

 

 

 

 

This game has additional system requirements than the minimum system requirements for MSN Games. Before playing the game, be sure your system meets these requirements:

Disable other programs currently running on your system

 

 

 

 

 

 

First, restart your computer system and then disable programs currently running on your system. These programs may prevent games graphics from loading or use resources needed to display graphics or play sounds. To learn how to disable these programs, click:

Adjust the hardware acceleration for your video or graphics adapter

 

 

 

 

 

 

This game utilizes DirectDraw, a component of DirectX. In order to use this feature, you will need to enable Hardware Acceleration on your video or graphics adapter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 1

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel. In Windows XP, just click Start and then Control Panel. If the Control Panel window is empty, click View all Control Panel Options in the left section of the window to show all the icons.

Double-click Display. In Microsoft Windows XP, you may need to click Appearance and Themes and then Display.

Click the Settings tab and then the Troubleshoot, Troubleshooting or Performance tab.

Set the Hardware Acceleration to Full by moving the slider.

Click Apply and then OK

Click OK again to close Display Properties.

 

 

 

 

 

Make sure your system hardware is DirectX compatible and DirectDraw and Direct3D are enabled

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your system’s video adapter and sound card need to be DirectX compatible or errors may occur in the game. To check your system for DirectX compatibility, follow the steps below

Click Start, then Run, and type: DXDIAG

Click OK.

In the DirectX Diagnostic tool, click the Display tab.

Make sure DirectDraw Acceleration and Direct3D Acceleration are enabled. Click Enable to enable these DirectX features.

If problems are found in the Notes section, you will need to install a DirectX compatible driver for your video card or graphics controller. If you have more than one Display tab, check each one for conflicts or other issues.

Also check the Notes section for problems or issues. If you encounter an issue with your sound card, you will need to update your computer system’s sound card driver to a DirectX compatible driver.
