“When I connect to a game room or lobby I receive “An incomplete Zone installation was detected” error message”

This issue may occur if MSN Games software is not installed correctly. To resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

Remove and Reinstall MSN Games software

To remove and reinstall the MSN Games software follow the steps below:

Step 1

Click Start, point to Settings, and click Control Panel. In Windows XP, just click Start and then Control Panel. If the Control Panel window is empty, click View all Control Panel Options in the left section of the window to show all the Control Panel icons.

Step 2

Click Add/Remove Programs.

Step 3

Click MSN Gaming Zone in the list that comes up and then Change/Remove.

Step 4

Return to MSN Games and join a multiplayer game. Your MSN Games files will automatically be reinstalled.
