Unfortunately, due to security concerns, MSN Games cannot tell you which e-mail address you used to create your MSN Games account. Additionally, MSN Games does not transfer nicknames to different MSN Games accounts.

Contact MSN Games support

If you received an error message accessing your nickname or encountered another technical issue not described in our Customer Support pages, you may choose to notify customer support. Please include the following information:

·          Details of any error messages that occur

·          The version of Microsoft Windows and Internet Explorer installed on your computer system

Important note about email responses: When notifying customer support, you will receive an auto-reply with additional help information. Although it is unlikely you will receive a personal reply, all mail is read and reviewed to ensure that our customer support pages are up-to-date and complete.
