“Free online single-player game support”

If you encounter issues playing a free online single-player game on MSN Games, you may choose to notify customer support. Please include the following information:

·          Game title

·          Description of the problem occurring, including exact details of error messages

·          Windows version (To locate Windows version, click Start and then Run. In the Open box, type DXDIAG and press the Enter key. The version of Windows will be listed under Operating System on the System tab.)

·          Internet Explorer version (To find Internet Explorer version, open Internet Explorer. On the Help menu, click About Internet Explorer and send ZMaster the exact number listed by Version)

·          ISP (Internet Service Provider) and Internet Connection type: Broadband (DSL/Satellite/Cable), Narrowband (Dial-up), or LAN/WA/T1/T3 (Work/School/Public computer)

·          The name(s) and version(s) of any Firewall, Internet Security Software, Antivirus software, or Pop-up blocker software installed on your system
